Social Media Management

Challenge:

Scirra is the market leading self build games provider and approached DDD for help with increasing engagement and reach across their social media channels – Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

Solution:

Following a GAP Session, we implemented a social media schedule with themed days. Consistency is one of the factors to help build a the size of following so that users know and expect content will be created on a regular basis. Furthermore, to increase user engagement, then it is best to use highly relevant, interesting, useful or amusing content. To help manage engagement from their community, we helped develop a community management policy with guidelines such as a promise to respond to questions and comments within 24 hours to encourage engagement.

Result:

Over a three month period we achieved the following results

  • Daily organic reach increased by 116.8%
  • Fan uptake grew by 21%
  • Average social post engagement increased 55% in 3 months
